Bu sözleşme, NewsTracer.ai iOS uygulamasını ("Uygulama") ve web hizmetini kullanımınızı düzenler. Uygulamayı indirerek veya kullanarak bu sözleşmeyi, Kullanım Şartları'nı ve Gizlilik Politikası'nı kabul etmiş olursunuz. App Store'dan indirilen uygulamalar için Apple'ın Standart Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi de geçerlidir; çelişki hâlinde bu belge öncelik taşır.
1. Lisans
Size, Uygulamayı sahip olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz Apple markalı cihazlarda, App Store Kullanım Kuralları'na uygun olarak kullanmanız için sınırlı, devredilemez, münhasır olmayan ve geri alınabilir bir lisans veriyoruz. Uygulama size satılmaz, lisanslanır.
2. Kısıtlamalar
- Uygulamayı kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez, tersine mühendislik yapamaz, kaynak kodunu çıkaramaz veya türev çalışmalar üretemezsiniz.
- Uygulamayı kiralayamaz, ödünç veremez, satamaz veya alt lisans veremezsiniz.
- Analiz çıktılarını, verileri veya API erişimini otomatik araçlarla toplu şekilde çekemez, yeniden satamaz veya rakip bir hizmet kurmak için kullanamazsınız.
- Hizmeti yasa dışı, yanıltıcı, taciz edici veya üçüncü kişilerin haklarını ihlal eden amaçlarla kullanamazsınız.
3. Abonelikler ve ödemeler
Pro, Business ve Enterprise planları otomatik yenilenen aylık aboneliklerdir. iOS'ta abonelikler Apple App Store üzerinden satın alınır; ücret satın alma onayında Apple Kimliğinizden tahsil edilir. Abonelik, mevcut dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce kapatılmadıkça otomatik yenilenir ve yenileme ücreti dönem bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde alınır. Abonelikleri iOS Ayarlar > Apple Kimliği > Abonelikler bölümünden yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz. İadeler Apple'ın politikalarına tabidir. Web'de yapılan ödemeler Stripe ile işlenir.
4. İçerik ve yapay zekâ analizleri
Uygulama; haber, sosyal medya ve video kaynaklarından herkese açık içerikleri toplar ve yapay zekâ ile özetler, duygu skoru üretir. Bu çıktılar otomatik olarak üretilir, hata içerebilir ve bilgilendirme amaçlıdır; hukuki, finansal veya yatırım tavsiyesi değildir. Üçüncü taraf içeriklerin telif hakları sahiplerine aittir; Uygulama yalnızca başlık, bağlantı ve kısa alıntı gösterir.
5. Hesap ve veriler
Hesabınızı e-posta, Google veya Apple ile oluşturabilirsiniz. Hesabınızın güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz. Verilerinizi nasıl işlediğimiz Gizlilik Politikası'nda açıklanmıştır. Hesabınızı ve verilerinizi istediğiniz zaman apps@yeygun.com adresine yazarak sildirebilirsiniz.
6. Fikri mülkiyet
Uygulama, marka, logo, tasarım, yazılım ve "AI Radar Engine" dahil tüm fikri mülkiyet hakları Yeygun Consultant FZCO'ya aittir. Bu sözleşme size açıkça verilenler dışında hiçbir hak vermez.
7. Garanti reddi ve sorumluluk sınırı
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut olduğu şekliyle" sunulur. Kesintisiz, hatasız veya belirli bir amaca uygun olacağını garanti etmeyiz. Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde; dolaylı, arızi, özel veya sonuç olarak ortaya çıkan zararlardan (kâr, veri veya itibar kaybı dahil) sorumlu değiliz. Toplam sorumluluğumuz, talebe konu olaydan önceki 12 ayda bize ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır.
8. Apple'a ilişkin hükümler
- Bu sözleşme sizinle Yeygun Consultant FZCO arasındadır; Apple bu sözleşmenin tarafı değildir ve Uygulamadan sorumlu değildir.
- Bakım ve destek yükümlülüğü bize aittir; Apple'ın herhangi bir bakım veya destek yükümlülüğü yoktur.
- Uygulama garantiye uymazsa Apple'a bildirerek ödediğiniz ücretin iadesini alabilirsiniz; Apple'ın başka garanti yükümlülüğü yoktur.
- Ürün sorumluluğu, yasal veya düzenleyici gereklilikler ve tüketici koruma taleplerinden biz sorumluyuz, Apple değil.
- Üçüncü taraf fikri mülkiyet iddialarının araştırılması, savunulması ve çözümünden biz sorumluyuz.
- ABD ambargosu altındaki bir ülkede bulunmadığınızı ve yasaklı taraf listelerinde olmadığınızı beyan edersiniz.
- Apple ve iştirakleri bu sözleşmenin üçüncü taraf lehtarıdır ve sözleşmeyi size karşı ileri sürebilir.
9. Fesih
Bu sözleşmeyi ihlal etmeniz hâlinde lisansınızı bildirimsiz sona erdirebiliriz. Uygulamayı silerek sözleşmeyi istediğiniz zaman sonlandırabilirsiniz; aktif abonelikler Apple Kimliği ayarlarından ayrıca iptal edilmelidir.
10. Uygulanacak hukuk ve iletişim

This agreement governs your use of the NewsTracer.ai iOS application (the "App") and web service. By downloading or using the App you accept this agreement, our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. For apps downloaded from the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; in case of conflict this document prevails.
1. License
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Usage Rules. The App is licensed, not sold, to you.
2. Restrictions
- You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or create derivative works of the App.
- You may not rent, lend, sell or sublicense the App.
- You may not scrape, bulk-export or resell analysis output, data or API access, or use them to build a competing service.
- You may not use the service for unlawful, misleading, harassing purposes or in violation of third-party rights.
3. Subscriptions and payments
Pro, Business and Enterprise are auto-renewing monthly subscriptions. On iOS they are purchased through the Apple App Store and charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal fee is charged within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Refunds follow Apple's policies. Web payments are processed by Stripe.
4. Content and AI analysis
The App collects publicly available content from news, social media and video sources and produces AI summaries and sentiment scores. These outputs are generated automatically, may contain errors and are for information only; they are not legal, financial or investment advice. Third-party content remains the property of its owners; the App shows only titles, links and short excerpts.
5. Account and data
You may create an account with e-mail, Google or Apple. You are responsible for the security of your account. How we process your data is described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and data at any time by writing to apps@yeygun.com.
6. Intellectual property
All intellectual property in the App, brand, logo, design, software and the "AI Radar Engine" belongs to Yeygun Consultant FZCO. This agreement grants no rights other than those expressly stated.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages (including loss of profit, data or reputation). Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Apple-specific terms
- This agreement is between you and Yeygun Consultant FZCO only; Apple is not a party and is not responsible for the App.
- We are solely responsible for maintenance and support; Apple has no obligation to provide any.
- If the App fails to conform to any warranty you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price; Apple has no other warranty obligation.
- We, not Apple, are responsible for product liability, legal or regulatory requirements and consumer protection claims.
- We are responsible for the investigation, defence and settlement of any third-party intellectual property claim.
- You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. embargo and are not on any prohibited party list.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it against you.
9. Termination
We may terminate your license without notice if you breach this agreement. You may end it at any time by deleting the App; active subscriptions must be cancelled separately in your Apple ID settings.
10. Governing law and contact
